By accessing or using the Creator Xperiences platform, website, APIs, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to engage in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
You may not: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (b) use automated systems to scrape or extract data; (c) impersonate another person or entity; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Micro credits provided through the Service are subject to separate credit terms presented at the time of origination. All amounts, fees, and repayment schedules are disclosed before you accept a micro credit. Creator Xperiences is not a traditional financial institution and does not accept deposits. Micro credits are currently in beta.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Xperiences and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
